The PA 580 microphone is distinguished by its modern design and elegant appearance. The shiny top of the base and the extended head of the microphone itself, along with the LED ring, are the hallmarks of this device.

The microphone has an adjustable gooseneck and has cardioid directional characteristics. It does not detect unnecessary sources of noise from the side, while detecting sound from a greater distance from a direct direction.

The microphone is activated by an electronically locked button with a low mechanical noise. The signaling of the active microphone is twofold, in the form of a backlit button on the base and in the form of an LED ring on the gooseneck of the microphone.
