Composition of the Olimp Profi Mass® gainer

With each serving (50 g) of Olimp Profi Mass®, your muscles receive 22,5 g of protein, the basic building material, contributing to the growth of muscle mass and helping to maintain it. In this case, a protein matrix was used, which includes whey protein concentrate, isolate and hydrolyzate, and micellar casein. Each of the forms is characterized by a different rate of absorption and thus release of amino acids into the bloodstream. The saturation of blood with protein is therefore spread over time. Thanks to hydrolyzate, it is already ok. 15 minutes after administration, obtaining a maximum concentration of approx. 45 minutes to 2 hours after administration, after maintaining high levels for another 6 hours (micellar casein). In this way, the supply of amino acids is preserved not only during physical exertion, but also after its completion, which can be used for even more effective regeneration of tired muscles.

Gainer by Olimp Sport Nutrition also contains portions of carbohydrates (20g). Their formula - Low-GLC® - was based on carbohydrates with a low glycemic index (poly- and oligosaccharides, long-chain waxy corn starch Waxy Maize, fructose, isomaltulose). In this way, carbohydrates are an unflagging source of energy, starting from the consumption of the supplement (fructose), maintaining a constant supply after approx. 30 minutes (maltodextrin), up to almost 4 hours (long-chain waxy corn starch Waxy Maize and isomaltulose).

Olimp Profi Mass® conditioner was additionally enriched with MCT oil, taurine and L-glutamine.
