How to use MassCore: Mix ~2 scoops of powder (100 g) with 200-400 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume 4 servings during the day (1 serving 45-75 minutes before training, 1 serving immediately after training, 2 servings between meals). On days without training, consume 2 servings between meals.
