Ingredients

Recommended use

Mix 1 serving (4 scoops - 280 g) with 454 - 908 ml of water or milk and take 2 to 3 times a day. We recommend taking one serving in the morning and the second dose after training. On non-workout days, please take 1 serving as a snack or as needed.
