Massage balls are an excellent way to get rid of pain excessively tense muscles of the neck, back or limbs.

You can use them in several ways - two recommended by us are:

• static loosening of the trigger point
• deep self-massage

✅ Static relaxation of the trigger point - apply the ball to the painful area and press it to reduce the sensation of pain or about half a minute.

✅ Deep self-massage - looks a bit like rolling on a roller, you press the ball to the massaged area and move it slowly along excessively tense muscles, repeating the action several times.
