Mesh network is coming

With the TP-LINK Deco x50 router, you can create a fully functional and reliable mesh network that will provide uniform and uninterrupted access to the WIFI signal and on a very large area (e.g. on several floors of buildings). With the help of a router and signal amplifiers, you can create a network inside which the customer's device will seamlessly switch between transmitters, while analyzing the signal strength of each of them. Thanks to this, it will have constant access to fast WIFI and without the hassle of switching between the router and repeaters.

WIFI 5 is even faster

The TP-LINK Deco x50 router is compatible with WIFI 6. This means even more bandwidth, shorter page loading and the ability to view media files in the highest resolution. The device can operate at a top speed of 2402 Mb/s, which is sufficient even for demanding corporate networks. It is also worth noting that this equipment is equipped with a double and stable RJ-45 10/100/1000 socket, which will provide uninterrupted access to m.in. to the Internet regardless of the load of LAN.

Two operating frequencies

As befits functional network equipment, the TP-LINK Deco x50 router can operate in two frequencies, i.e. 2,4 and 5 GHz. Thanks to this, you can use it to achieve a stable connection wherever 2.4 GHz network signals absolutely dominate. This router is worth recommending especially to those who live or work in a block or apartment building. Thanks to its compatibility with the still rarely used 5 GHz frequency, the risk of interference of an electromagnetic wave of this frequency is very low.

Guest mode and child protection

The TP-LINK Deco x50 router is a device that supports the guest network function. This means that you can use it (for some time) to share the Internet with outsiders without having to enter a password to the router. Importantly, it is also possible to assign a specific user the appropriate maximum data speed. You can also, if necessary, assign to a specific user the maximum package of data available to him. Parents will be happy with this feature, protecting children from hyperactivity on the web.

The use of the device is completely safe. The TP-LINK Deco x50 router supports the WPA-PSK standards, as well as the WPA2-PSK, which allow you to secure access to the network with any password. Its change or configuration takes place in the interface of the router, which is in the form of a website. All you need to do is enter a special network address into the search engine address field to access the full capabilities of the device after a while. Importantly, the device is additionally equipped with firewall, which effectively blocks all unauthorized connections.
