MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP

➡ Bags made of layer composition PA+PE (polyد + polyethylene) are a difficult to puncture material, resistant to sharp bones and ridged food elements. The surface has one-sided embossing, which strengthens vacuum tightness and prevents leaks. The material is BPA free and meets food safety requirements.

➡ The bags have an integrated sliding knife placed on top, which cuts directly from the roll – the knife cuts cleanly and precisely, without tearing the material. In practice, you unroll the bag, insert products, insert it into the welding machine, and it cuts itself during use. The only limitation: very heavy or angular elements (e.g. congelato with sharp edges) require caution not to puncture the material during manipulation.

USE IN THE KITCHEN

➡ The bags fit most household and semi-professional vacuum sealers with a power supply width of 20 cm to 28 cm. They will work well when sealing raw and cooked meat, fish, poultry, fresh vegetables, fruit and leftover meals. The material withstands Sous Vide cooking (110°C), microwaves (110°C) and direct freezer storage (-20°C), making it versatile for preparation and storage.

WHY IT IS WORTH

➡ One roll of 3000 cm length instead of replacing smaller rolls multiple times means 10 times fewer breaks in storage and preparation of meals. The knife integrated into the roller eliminates the need for separate scissors – you get individual bags immediately without additional activities. The PA+PE material does not break through with repeated freezing and thawing, which in practice gives a clearly longer storage cycle of meat (4-6 months instead of 2-3 months in traditional packaging) and exactly visible savings when unlocking each product.
