Omega 3-6-9 COMPLEX contains unsaturated fatty acids derived from fish oil, flaxseed and borage. These unsaturated fatty acids are an integral part of a healthy diet and play an indispensable role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In the diet, it is important to maintain a balance between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Fish oil contains high amounts of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids – eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA play an important role in maintaining heart health, contributing to its proper functioning. In addition, DHA helps maintain proper brain function and vision. Nowadays, fish consumption is decreasing, especially the consumption of fatty fish such as sardines, anchovies, mackerel and salmon, which are rich in essential fatty acids Omega 3, DHA and EPA. We should consume 2-3 servings of fish per week to meet the appropriate needs of our body for Omega 3 acids.
