Properties of active ingredients:

• DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to the proper functioning of the brain and supports proper vision.
• Phosphatidylserine (a phospholipid of natural origin) is found in large numbers in nerve cells of the brain, where it is part of cell membranes (i.e. a thin layer surrounding each cell, separating its interior from its surroundings). It is estimated that about 50% of the phosphatidylserine produced by the body is found in the brain. To date, a number of scientific studies (including clinical studies) have been conducted on phosphatidylserine, which have allowed a better understanding of this phospholipid and proven its safety and importance.
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of DHA per day.

The source of omega-3 acids (DHA and EPA) are oils obtained from fish (Peruvian anchovies) and microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.). The fish from which the oil is obtained come from certified fisheries.

The source of GLA is blackcurrant oil - one of the richest natural sources of this acid.

Usage:

• Children over 6 years of age and adults. Oral use. Normally 5 ml of liquid 1 time a day.
• For the first 3 months of use, the maximum possible portion for consumption is 7,5 ml of liquid 1 time a day.
• The measuring cup is included in the package and is used to measure portions.
