METHOD OF USE:

A single portion of the product – 1 capsule – drink 300 ml of water. Use 1 serving a day, preferably 30 – 60 minutes before bedtime.

The recommended daily intake is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
