Method of Use:
- HOW TO USE: Disposable portion of the product ‒ 4 capsules drink 300 ml of water. Use 3 times a day. On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion immediately after training, III portion before bedtime. On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals, III portion before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. .
NOTE!!! Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product must not be used by people who are allergic to any of its ingredients. Keep out of the reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in tightly closed packages.

INGREDIENTS: 70 % L-glutamine, 17 % taurine, capsule shell [glazing substance (hydroxypropylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), 0,04 % vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). The product may contain: milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.
