Trec Ashwagandha Sleep is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules, containing Ashwagandha root extract, L-tryptophan, gamma-aminobutyric acid, as well as melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Product for adults.

Ingredients

42% Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) [1,5% withanolides], 25% L-tryptophan, capsule shell [glazing substance (hydroxypropylcellulose)], 8% gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids), 0,1% melatonin.

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 2 capsules drink 100-150 ml of water. Use 1 serving a day, preferably 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Do not use for more than 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
