Dietary supplement TENfertil® ONA is a simple, innovative, safe and, above all, effective way to support the health of women of childbearing age.

INOSITOL

It affects many bodily functions, including reducing insulin resistance and regulating sugar levels. Inositol has been shown to improve ovarian function and fertility in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Thus, it regulates menstruation, positively affects ovulation and increases the chances of getting pregnant.

COENZYME Q10

This compound is known primarily for its antioxidant properties. Free radicals shorten the life of eggs and cause deterioration of their quality. Coenzyme Q10 inhibits and destroys free radicals. Among the number of functions that I still perform, it is worth knowing that it minimizes oxidative stress, which also affects female fertility. It has been shown that it can damage oocytes and impair their ability to fertilize and even lead to fragmentation of embryos and miscarriages.

METHYLATED FOLIC ACID

It is estimated that up to 50% of women in the population have a mutation in the gene encoding the enzyme responsible for processing folic acid into its active form. Therefore, many women need its methylated version. Folic acid is the basis of supplementation if we want to get pregnant. It is involved in the formation of the neural tube in the fetus, reducing the risk of numerous malformations.

RECOMMENDED PORTION FOR CONSUMPTION:

The recommended portion for consumption during the day necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 4 TENfertil® ONA capsules a day in two portions, 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening preferably with a meal. The capsules can be swallowed whole or the contents of the capsules can be poured into yogurt or dissolved in a glass of water. It is recommended to use TENfertil® ONA capsules for at least 3 months. It can be used in pregnant women, after consulting a doctor. However, when using TENfertil® ONA, in the first trimester of pregnancy, in accordance with PTGiP* guidelines, preparations that contain 200mcg of iodine should be additionally taken.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The use of the preparation in pregnant and breastfeeding women is not recommended. In order to maintain proper health, a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are of great importance.
