Dietary supplement

Silsteo is a dietary supplement that helps maintain healthy bones. Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falls associated with unstable posture and muscle weakness. Falls are a risk factor for bone fractures in men and women aged 60 years and older. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily total intake of 20 µg of vitamin D from all sources. Vitamin D and vitamin K help maintain normal bone function.

Vitamin D contributes to:

• normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus in the body, which affects the structure of bones and teeth
• maintaining normal muscle function

Recommended use

1 tablet a day, with a glass of water.

Filling agent: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; Stabilizer: calcium acetate; MESOPOROSIL (silicon dioxide); Menaquinone (vitamin K2); Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3); Humectant: croscarmellose sodium; Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
