Characteristic

SFD D3 4000 IU + K2 is a dietary supplement containing a high dose of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7 (menaquinone from natto) . A preparation intended for daily supplementation of the diet with vitamins supporting the skeletal system , calcium and phosphate metabolism and the immune system . The combination of D3 and K2 supports the proper absorption and transport of calcium to the bones, while limiting its deposition in blood vessels.

Ingredients and Contents

Ingredients (selected ingredients): bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; potato starch; vitamin D (cholecalciferol) ; vitamin K (menaquinone obtained from Bacillus subtilis natto from soy) ; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

• Vitamin D3 - 100 µg (4000 IU) (2000% RI)
• Vitamin K2 (MK-7) — 100 µg (133% RDA)

Dosage

• Recommended dose: 1 tablet daily.
• How to take: take during a meal with water.
• Note: high doses of vitamin D3 should be adjusted individually, e.g. based on 25(OH)D level tests.
