• Melatonin, which helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep and to alleviate difficulties in adapting to a sudden change in time zone.
• Extracts from lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), from hop cones (Humulus lupulus), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and passiflora (Passiflora incarnata) which have a relaxing and soothing effect in stressful situations. They contribute to reducing tension, anxiety and support restful sleep.
• Green tea extract contains l-theanine, which relieves stress and has a relaxing effect
• Aminobutyric gamma acid (GABA) – a natural amino acid that reduces the conduction of impulses in the nervous system.
• Vitamins B2, B6, B12 – contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 – help in the proper functioning of the nervous system.
• Vitamins B1, B6, B12 – help maintain normal psychological functions.

Usage:

Adults 1 tablet a day, with a sufficient amount of water. It is best to use 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day.
