HCA (hydroxycitric acid) - is a substance obtained from citrus-like fruits of a tree called Garcinia Cambodgia, established in south-east Asia. Garcinia Cambodgia is a root called "fat eater" in India, by healers it was recommended as a means of facilitating digestion and reducing appetite.
