DOSE AND METHOD OF USE: RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: 500mg. Take one serving of 500mg per day, preferably after a meal. A portion of 500mg is one scoop with a larger end “1,0ml”. Mix the portion in 100ml of water or juice, consume immediately after preparation. For precise portion measurement, it is recommended to use a scale.
