How to Use Vitamin D3?

Recommended daily serving: 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal containing fats. Drink with a full glass of water.

1 capsule contains 100 μg (4000 IU) of Vitamin D3, which is 2000% of the Daily Value (DV).

Dietary supplement intended for healthy individuals over 75 years of age to supplement their diet with Vitamin D3. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and balanced diet are recommended.

Ingredients:

Inulin (from chicory root), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lichen); capsule (shell ingredient – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
