How to Use Taurine?
Recommended Serving: 3 g (1 full scoop) once daily. Dissolve the serving in 200 ml of cold or lukewarm water, stirring vigorously with a spoon for a few seconds, or prepare in a shaker with water, fruit juice, or a post-workout shake. Drink immediately after preparation.
