Resveratrol is a so-called phytonutrient (from the group of polyphenols), a substance of plant origin whose purpose is to protect the plant from pathogens, e.g. viruses and fungi.
Recommended use:
The recommended maximum daily dose is 1 g of powder, which should be dissolved in 200 ml of water or consumed directly with a tablespoon of oil or oil. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Portioning is facilitated by the measuring spoon included in the package.
Ingredients:
Japanese knotweed root extract (Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. Et Zucc. ) standardized to a minimum content of 99% trans-resveratrol.
