Ingredients: water, 20% apple juice from concentrated apple juice, beta-alanine, acid (citric acid), taurine, anhydrous caffeine, choline bitartrate, aroma, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, neotam), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), maltodextrin.

Method of use
Content ¼ bottles 20 ml (4 teaspoons) drink before or during training. Use a maximum of 3 servings per day. Shake well before use. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 60 ml. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Due to the high content of caffeine (120 mg / serving), the product is inadvisable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age, pregnant women, nursing women, diabetics and people sensitive to caffeine, hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed the intake of 400 mg of caffeine per day. Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. A single intake of beta-alanine in the amount of 800 mg may cause tingling or numbness.
