Pre-workout 300 g Pre-workout Ragnarok from Ground Game Labs is a dietary supplement with cherry cola flavor designed for healthy, adult people performing high-intensity physical exercises. Supplements the m.in diet. in tyrosine, taurine, beta-alanine, caffeine extracts of green tea and red beet. It contains a sweetener. High caffeine content (200 mg / serving). Use in children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women is not recommended.
Ingredients L-tyrosine, taurine, beta-alanine, aromas,magnesium citrate, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide,dicalcium phosphate), acidity regulator (citric acid),choline bitartrate, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis),L-carnitine, red beet root extract (Beta vulgaris),N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, anhydrous caffeine, L-theanine, sweetener (steviol glycosides),dye (ammonia caramel).
The recommended intake of 6 g of powder (1 heaped scoop) mix with 200 ml of water, preferably using a shaker or blender. Consume once a day, immediately before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion of the product. In order to measure the exact portion of the product, we recommend using a scale.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age. Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. Do not consume if you are already consuming other products containing green tea. Do not consume 800 mg 3-gallate (-)-epigallocatechin or more per day. In case of health problems, seek medical advice on consuming this product. Do not eat on an empty stomach.
