PRENACAPS® MULTIPLAN:

inulin (chickory root), pullulan (capsule shell), iron (iron(II) fumarate), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate), folic acid (glucosamine salt of acid (6S)- 5-methyltetrahydropholic), iodine (potassium iodide), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamine).

PRENACAPS® DHA:

fish oil, beef gelatin, moisture retainer: glycerol, antioxidant: a mixture of tocopherols (from soy).

PRENACAPS® is a specialized line of dietary supplements designed for women trying to have a baby, pregnant and breastfeeding.

PRENACAPS multiPLAN + DHA is a complex of 9 ingredients designed for women planning pregnancy. The ingredients contained in the products support m.in.

• functioning of the nervous system (B12, iodine),
• immune system (B12, D, folic acid, iron),
• maintaining healthy skin (iodine),
• production of red blood cells (B12, iron),
• protection of cells against oxidative stress (E),
• heart rate (DHA and EPA)
• normal brain function (DHA).

PRENACAPS® MULTIPLAN - Contains 7 ingredients including m.in. 800 µg biologically active form of folic acid (Quatrefolic®) with proven high bioavailability, 2000 IU natural vit. D (from lanolin), the active form of vit. B12 (methylcobalamin), iodine and DHA from small fish (anchovis).

Quatrefolic® is an active form ready for direct use by the body. Studies have shown that Quatrefolic® achieved more than 3 times higher maximum concentration of the active substance in 1 hour after administration compared to folic acid and more than 9 times higher total bioavailability compared to folic acid. In addition, Quatrefolic® achieved more than 10% higher maximum concentration of the active substance after administration compared to another active form - calcium L-methylfolate.

Recommendations of specialists for women planning pregnancy:

• folic acid – starting supplementation at least 12 weeks before the planned pregnancy. Women at medium risk of foetal malformations (m.in. with disorders of transformation of folic acid into an active form according to data of every second person in Europe taking certain drugs) – 800 μg of folic acid / daily (including active folates) in combination with vit. B12. Folic acid and vit. B12 is attended by m.in. in the process of cell division and maintenance of normal homocysteine metabolism.

• vit. D3 – 2000 IU vit. D3/day. Vit. D is needed, m.in . for proper mineralization of the child's skeletal system.

• iod – approx. 200 μg of iodine / per day (taking into account the supply of iodine with diet). Iodine helps, m.in . in the proper production of thyroid hormones and affects the nervous system.

• iron – 18 mg / day in women who can be predicted later deficiencies of this component. Iron helps, m.in . in the proper production of red blood cells and hemoglobin.

PRENACAPS® DHA. contains 600 mg DHA and 120 mg EPA derived from small fish (anchovis). The product has been tested for heavy metal content. The team of the Polish Gynecological Society recommends consuming at least 600 mg of DHA for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It also recommends that the source of fish DHA should be small fish.

Importance of DHA and EPA during pregnancy and breastfeeding:

• DHA is ok. 96% of all omega-3 fats found in the brain and 93% of omega-3 fats in the retina of the eye. It is therefore necessary for the proper development and then functioning of the brain and vision.
• DHA and EPA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.

Ingredients in the recommended daily dose:

PRENACAPS® MULTIPLAN (1 capsule per day):

• Folian (Quatrefolic®) – 800 µg
• Vitamin B12 -3,5 µg
• Vitamin D – 50 µg (2000IU)
• Vitamin E (α-TE) – 12 mg
• Iodine – 150 µg
• Iron – 18mg
• Inulin – 305 mg

PRENACAPS® DHA (2 capsules per day):

• fish oil, of which: 1200 mg
• DHA (TG) - 600 mg,
• EPA (TG) - 120 mg

Precautions:

The product should be used after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. The product contains 2000 IU vit. D i is intended for adults and healthy people up to 75 years of age. Before using a product containing vit.
