DESCRIPTION

Physalis AshwaMag® combines the benefits of two Ayurvedic plants that can provide natural support for our often stressful lifestyle. This advanced complex contains KSM-66®, the highest quality extract of ashwagandha or Indian ginseng with a highly standardized content of withanolides (5%). Physalis AshwaMag® also contains an innovative extract of holy basil or tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum, Holixer™) with five bioactive compounds that form the Ocimum bioactive complex. Basil and ashwagandha support in case of stress and tension. Ashwagandha also contributes to good, healthy sleep at night. It also contains Thearelax®, a green tea extract standardized to 40% natural L-theanine. Finally, this complex contains two easily digestible forms of magnesium: magnesium bisglycinate and marine magnesium from mineral-rich seawater (Aquamin®Mg). Both help reduce fatigue.
RECOMMENDED INTAKE AND OTHER COMMENTS
Adults and children from 12 years: 1 tablet per day or as directed. Take during a meal with a small amount of water.
Avoid prolonged use without consulting a specialist.
Do not use during pregnancy or breast-feeding.
