• Collagen is one of the most important proteins in the human body, which naturally occurs in cartilage, tendons and other tissues responsible for our mobility. Unfortunately, with age and as a result of an active lifestyle, the amount of collagen in the body may be insufficient.
• Glucosamine is used to produce the building blocks of joints and cartilage. It occurs naturally in high concentrations in joints and connective tissue. The ability of the body to produce glucosamine decreases with age, as well as during periods of increased joint overload (physical effort).
• Chondroitin in combination with glucosamine is part of cartilage tissue.
• Vitamin C helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of cartilage and bones.
• Hyaluronic acid is the main component of synovial fluid. Its amount in the body decreases with age, which reduces the viscosity of synovial fluid.
