Indications of Omega-Vitum 3-6-9:

Supplement indicated for use to supplement the diet with omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (EFAs) and omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acids. It is recommended for people who want to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, the elderly, intensively learning and intensively practicing sports. It is also recommended for school-age children due to the beneficial effect of EFAs on their growth and development.

Properties:

Dietary supplement OMEGA-VITUM 3-6-9 is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, which include polyunsaturated fats from the omega-3 and omega-6 family and monounsaturated fats from the omega-9 family. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids belong to the Essential Unsaturated Fatty Acids (EFAs), which are not produced by our body and should therefore be supplied with food. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels [single and polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats]. EFAs are needed for the proper growth and development of children**. Dietary supplement OMEGA-VITUM 3-6-9 is also distinguished by high content of polyunsaturated fats.

** The beneficial effect occurs with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid (LA).

• Natural composition without unnecessary additives - the preparation contains only necessary and natural ingredients. Contains: cold-pressed flaxseed oil, rosehip seed oil, sea buckthorn fruit pulp oil.
• The right ratio of omega 3:6:9 - Omega-Vitum 3-6-9 is characterized by an appropriate proportion of omega 3, 6 and 9 acids. ( 284 mg : 476 mg : 138 mg )

Ingredients:

cold-pressed oil from flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum), gelatin (coating component), rosehip seed oil (Rosa canina), moisture-retaining substance: glycerol, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, sea buckthorn fruit pulp oil (Hippophae rhamnoides).

Dosage:
