The basis of action of T-100® Hardcore is based on the assumption of maximum increase in the concentration of testosterone in the bloodstream, as well as molecules that are its structural mimetics, acting in a manner similar to this androgen. Plant extracts standardized for such active substances have been collected in a composition with a code name

ELITE TESTO-SUPPORT BLEND.

Its basic component is fenugreek extract standardized to 50% saponins. Studies(1) show that supplementation of as little as 500 mg of fenugreek extract in combination with resistance training over 8 weeks results in a significant increase in strength and reduction in body fat levels, leading to an improvement in the overall composition of body composition. Such an effect should be associated with an increase in anabolic activity of the body, usually as a result of an increase in endogenous levels of androgens, such as testosterone. At this point, it should be noted that in T-100® Hardcore there is 2x higher dose of fenugreek extract than the one used in the research.

Additional ingredients included in the blend are 2 different extracts of earth mace. One standardized to 90% saponins and the other to 60% saponins and 20% protodioscins. This bivalent system of high-quality extracts allows you to multiply the beneficial effect on the body of saponins and protodioscins by synergizing their action. The total expected effect is significantly better than that resulting from the consumption of one of the extracts. Proven(2, 3), very desirable for athletes action is to increase testosterone levels (following an increase in LH levels;(4) and improve sexual function, probably, just as a result of taking not only saponins, but also protodioscins(5).

The whole blend has been additionally supplemented with perfectly digestible amino acid chelate (bisglycinate) zinc. As you know, this element contributes to maintaining normal testosterone levels in the blood. In addition, it appears to be an inhibitor of two enzymes important for testosterone metabolism: aromatase – converting testosterone into estradiol and 5-α-reductase converting testosterone into DHT.

Independently developed formulas in T-100® Hardcore are E2-BLOCK and DIHYDRO CUT SYSTEM, which are designed to reduce the degree of conversion of testosterone to estradiol and dihydrotestosterone, respectively, thus maintaining a very high concentration of androgen in the blood. Scientific reports (8) argue that flavones have the strongest properties among all plant flavonoids in terms of inhibiting aromatase activity. Less effective functioning of this enzyme allows to avoid the unpleasant consequences of increased concentration of estrogen in the male body, especially in people who tend to develop such a condition, resulting in gynecomastia, accumulation of fat in the abdominal and thigh area, excessive water retention in the body and sexual dysfunction. Other studies show the parallel action of oat components towards increasing testosterone production(9).

Higher concentration of free testosterone in the body, according to scientific studies, is expected by the addition of standardized to 45% fatty acid content of saw palmetto extract. Clinical studies using saw palmetto extract show beneficial effects of treatment observed in up to 90% of patients after 6 weeks of use. This plant component owes its characteristic of action to the selective antagonization of more than half of the DHT receptors in the prostate and the inhibitory effect on 5-α-reductase activity (10, 11).

In order to protect active testosterone in the body - in a free, unbound form, the composition of T-100® Hardcore undoubtedly had to be strengthened with substances displacing it from complexes with proteins transporting sex hormones (SHBG) or albumin. Especially for this purpose, we have created a dedicated blend (FREE A.N.D.R.O.
