Method of use
The recommended portion for consumption during the day necessary to obtain a beneficial effect:
1 serving per day = ½ ampoules (30 ml) about 30 minutes before training.
Shake well before use. 1 ampoule contains 2 servings for 2 days of use. Once opened, refrigerate in a tightly closed container and consume within 48 hours.
