Ingredients: calcium carbonate, calcium diglycinate (amino acid chelate of calcium Albion™),potato starch, coating [glazing substances — polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),polyethylene glycol, talc];zinc diglycinate (amino acid chelate of zinc Albion™),anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids;manganese diglycinate (amino acid chelate of manganese Albion™),menaquinone (menaquinone-7) – vitamin K, cholecalciferol – vitamin D.

Preparation intended: as a supplement to the daily demand for ingredients necessary during intensive growth, during pregnancy and lactation, after fractures and injuries, as well as in women in menopause and the elderly, in whom bone resorption processes prevail over the processes of their formation.

Recommended daily dose: 1 to 2 tablets after a meal or otherwise after consulting a doctor. The tablet should be taken with adequate water.

Do not exceed the portion recommended for consumption during the day.

A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparation. In the case of kidney stones, kidney failure and hyperparathyroidism, the use of the preparation should be consulted with a doctor. Do not use concomitantly with other preparations with a high content of calcium, zinc or vitamin D. Do not use in young children due to the risk of choking.
