In 2009, a study (3) was conducted to analyze the effects of DAA (3,12 g/day) on testosterone and LH levels in healthy men. The experiment lasted 12 days and clearly illustrated the effectiveness of the analyzed DAA. Testosterone increased by 43% and LH by 33%. Moreover, after discontinuation of supplementation with D-aspartic acid, the persistence of elevated levels of hormones - LH and testosterone was observed (table below).
