NOW Foods Omega-3 is a dietary supplement in the form of soft capsules, which contains EPA (eicosapentaenoic) and DHA (docosahexaenoic) fatty acids, which are essential for the proper functioning of the body, especially for the health of the brain, heart and nervous system.

Suggested dosage:

Take 2 capsules twice a day, preferably with a meal.

Composition:

Fish oil concentrate (2,000 mg)* – including omega-3 fatty acids:

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) – 360 mg*

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) – 240 mg*

Softgel capsule [beef gelatin (BSE free), glycerin, water] and d-alpha tocopherol.

Contains fish (anchovies, sardines, tuna).

d-alpha tocopherol from non-genetically modified soybean.

It is not made from ingredients of yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, eggs or crustaceans. Manufactured in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Fish oil concentrate is produced in accordance with strict quality control standards. It has been tested for potentially harmful levels of contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury, and other heavy metals.
