Lysine – is an essential amino acid that is part of most proteins that build the human body. It is involved in the production of hormones, antibodies, enzymes, collagen. Due to the fact that the body can not produce lysine on its own, it should be supplied with food. On an industrial scale, lysine is extracted from caprolactam.
It is recommended to take one tablet once to twice a day.

Recommended daily dose: 2 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
