B-50 NOW® capsules provide a complete set of B vitamins as well as choline and inositol. B vitamins are water-soluble and, with the exception of vitamin B12, are stored in the body to a limited extent and therefore require daily replenishment. Vitamin B-12 is stored in the liver and all its sources in the diet are of animal origin (meat and dairy products), so its supplementation may be particularly important for vegetarians.

Method of use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
