Ashwaganda is also known as Indian ginseng or sleepy greeting. It has been used for centuries in traditional Ayurvedic medicine due to its multidirectional positive effects on the body. Ashwagandha, in addition to adaptogenic properties, supports memory and relaxation as well as mental and physical well-being.
Tinctura Withaniae (alcohol tincture with ashwagandha) in a 1:1 ratio
Ingredients:
Welcome sluggish, certified ethyl alcohol, distilled water, vegetable glycerin, apple cider vinegar.
Ethanol content in tincture: 20-25%
Recommended use:
Recommended daily intake: 1-2 servings of dropper twice a day. Dilute the portion in a small amount of water or take sublingually. 1 serving of dropper (pipette) is about 0,5 ml.
Content in daily portion: 2 ml of Ashwagandha extract.
