Meta anabolon® is dedicated to athletes of strength, strength-endurance and endurance disciplines. The composition of the preparation is based on smilax officinalis containing stigmasterol, pollinastanol, sitosterol, smilagenin, parillin and sarsapognina and a number of steroid saponins, including sarsaponin, smilasaponin, sarsaparilloside, sitosterol glycoside. It contains a high concentration of male hormones androgens that imitate the action of testosterone 17ß-hydroxy-4-androsten-3-one and Dehydroepiandrosterone 1-ketosteroid produced in the reticular zone (zona reticularis) of the adrenal cortex cortex glandulae suprarenalis.
Meta anabolon® contains a rich set of vitamins, including A, C, D, B, as well as polysaccharides and amino acids, as well as elements considered crucial in the development of muscle mass and body performance, including zinc, iron, manganese, sodium, silicon, copper, iodine and sulfur. The preparation used by athletes does not cause any side effects. It is also recommended for mature people due to its antioxidant, hypoglycemic and hypotensive effects that delay the aging process. Usage:

Testosterol ™ 250 is a preparation based on active phytosterol fractions.
Phytoterols are chemical compounds derived from sterane, their core is 1,2-cyclopentaneperhydrophenanthrene. In the chemical classification, phytosterols belong to steroids - they contain a steran core with a hydroxyl group in position 3 and a side chain in position 17. The biological properties of sterols depend on the number and nature of side substituents, especially at carbon 17 (17C). Stigmasterol and sitosterol phytosterols are structurally similar to cholesterol, progesterone, pregnenolone and 17-hydroxypregnenolone. Thanks to this, sterols administered for a long time are a precursor in the synthesis of pregnenolone. Pregnenolone is the basic substrate for the biosynthesis of progestins, from which 17-ketosteroids, glucocorticoids, mineralocorticoids, testosterone, androsterone and estrogens are formed. Pregnenolone undergoes transformations leading to the formation of all steroid hormones. These biochemical reactions are catalyzed by cytochrome P-450. Iron preparations condition and intensify these reactions.
The biological effect when administering Testosterol™ 250 is diverse and depends on many endogenous (endogenous) and exogenous (extrinsic) factors. The mutual quantitative relationships between steroid hormones existing in the body before administration of the product are extremely important, because the phytosterols present in it are not a substrate for the synthesis only of e.g. testosterone, but also other steroid hormones. Some phytosterol metabolites can imitate typical hormones in the body and compete with them for receptors in body cells, thus modifying many physiological functions. The resultant of these events is the regulation of quantitative relations between: 17-ketosteroids, testosterone, progesterone, androsterone and corticosteroids. There is also a high probability of enhancing the biosynthesis pathway of one of the steroid hormones, the intensity of which is hereditarily determined, and whose potency is maximum. Phytosterols then give the effect of "metabolic preference" and are an effective activator and substrate for a specific metabolic pathway.

Phytosterols are phosphorylated after oral or parenteral administration. They are quickly absorbed from the intestines into the blood and lymph. Vitamin D, A and unsaturated fats increase the absorption of plant sterols. The preparation was enriched with rose extract with antioxidant properties and containing a complex of flavonoids-phenolic acids, which intensifies the effect of phytosterols. The prebiotic addition of Pruni cum inulini extract is to increase the absorption of the product.

Biosterol ® is a preparation with a high content of steroid saponins, intended to support the diet of athletes. The selection of compounds, including spirostane derivatives, was aimed at increasing the production of testosterone and stimulating mental activity, which enables the implementation of exhausting training plans.
Saponins are plant-derived compounds composed of two parts: aglycone - sapogenin (sapogenol) and glycone - saccharide. Saponins change the structure of cell membranes and thus epithelium, making them more permeable to organic components, including consumed proteins. Saponins have the ability to attach to cholesterol, creating relatively stable, pharmacologically active compounds. Steroid saponins are derivatives of either spirostane or furostane. They are formed on the sterane system with a side cyclic grouping. The side moiety consists of a 5-membered ring and a 6-membered ring. Both rings are connected by spiro carbon C-22. Steroidal saponins derived from furostan do not have a closed F ring, but an aliphatic chain. In terms of anabolic properties, sarsasapogenin, diosgenin, yamogenin, smilagenin, tigogenin, and hecogenin are used. These saponins have a hydroxyl group in position 3, thanks to which, in the presence of catalysts, it is possible to convert them into steroid hormones or steroid parahormones with anabolic effect. In the human body, there are appropriate metabolic pathways capable of biosynthesis of active steroid (anabolic) substances from the above-mentioned saponins, provided that the initial biochemical treatment takes place under the influence of enzymes of the symbiotic intestinal microflora. These enzymes convert saponins into pregnane (C-21) and androstane (C-19) compounds, which are substrates for the synthesis of testosterone and androsterone. For anabolic purposes, saponins with a double bond between C5 and C6 are the most effective. Metabolic degradation of the steroid saponin side chain (oxidation, reduction, dehydroxylation, dehydration) leads to the formation of the C-19 compound (testosterone). Providing this type of androgen precursors with the simultaneous normalization of intestinal microflora can increase the amount of testosterone produced by up to 4 mg per day. Thanks to this surplus, the so-called free testosterone, not bound to proteins. It is this free testosterone that provides the metabolic effect. The addition of phytosterols and insulin secretion stimulators (hydroxy-isoleucine precursors and activators, pure 4-hydroxy-isoleucine) contained in black cumin and fenugreek extracts provides additional stimulation of the growth of connective tissue and muscle tissue. Increased insulin secretion causes: stimulation of glycogen and protein synthesis, facilitation of transport through cell membranes into cells - glucose, amino acids, potassium and fatty acids, inhibition of excessive glycogenolysis, which depletes muscles of energy material.
Tribulus Terrestris was one of the most popular plants providing steroid saponins. Since the early 1970s, this plant has been used to produce preparations that stimulate metabolism, as well as secondary and tertiary sex characteristics, including sex drive.
