Life Extension BioActive Folate & Vitamin B12 is a dietary supplement containing folates in the form of calcium salt L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin. One capsule provides 400 µg of folate and 300 µg of vitamin B12. Folates support the proper synthesis of amino acids, blood production and maintaining normal homocysteine metabolism. They also help maintain normal psychological functions and the proper functioning of the immune system. Vitamin B12 supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and maintaining normal psychological functions. It contributes to the proper formation of red blood cells, maintaining proper energy metabolism and reducing fatigue and fatigue. Folates and vitamin B12 play a role in the process of cell division. The package contains 90 vegetable capsules, or 90 recommended portions. The product is gluten-free and non-GMO.

Composition:

Each capsule contains:

• Folates in the form of calcium salt L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate: 400 mcg.

How to use:
