Advanced protein-carbohydrate mix
KFD Premium X-Gainer is an advanced blend of the highest quality carbohydrates (including oatmeal) and two types of protein - whey (WPC) and micellar casein. The product has been additionally enriched with L-Glutamine. The product in the flavor version (not available in the natural version).
The composition of carbohydrates with different absorption times (ground oatmeal, modified corn starch, or waxy maize, and a small addition of dextrose) allow for a gradual supply of energy. Whey protein concentrate (WPC 80) is characterized by high purity and high content of amino acids, while micellar casein is considered a protein that is digested and absorbed longer.

In batches of KFD Premium X-GNR products with expiration date from 07.2024 – 08.2024, corn starch was replaced with potato starch. The change resulted from the shortage of this raw material caused by the war in Ukraine. The declared nutritional value of the product has not changed.
