• Choline is an integral part of some phospholipids, which are crucial in the processes of building and functioning of cell membranes. It contributes to the maintenance of normal homocysteine metabolism.

L-METHIONINE

• L-methionine is one of the essential amino acids necessary for the functioning of the human body (it can not be synthesized in the body, it must be supplied with food).
• L-methionine is involved in numerous metabolic reactions and methylation processes. In addition to cysteine, it is the only amino acid that contains sulfur and provides the body with sulfur groups. It is involved in the synthesis of glutathione.

L- ASPARTATE L-ORNITHINE

• L-ornithine L-aspartate is a salt of two endogenous amino acids (synthesized by the body): ornithine and aspartic acid.
• They participate in the urea cycle. It is a multi-stage process of important metabolic changes that are used to remove harmful metabolic products from the body.

EXTRACT FROM MILK THISTLE/SILYMARIN

• Milk thistle seed extract standardized for silymarin content (minimum 80 %), and silibinin and isosilibin (sum - minimum 30 %). Thanks to the content of silymarin, milk thistle (Silybum marianum) supports liver health.
• The effect of silymarin to support the protection of liver cells is achieved by m.in. with its ability to inhibit the activity of free radicals (acts as a free radical scavenger), which are formed in the liver by numerous metabolic changes.

COMPLEX OF VITAMINS FROM THE GROUP

• Vitamin B12 and folic acid in methylated form, which is very important due to the level of bioavailability of these components,
• Thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 contribute to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism,
• Riboflavin protects cells from oxidative stress,
• Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and proper cysteine synthesis,

L-TAURINE

• L-taurine is a naturally occurring amino acid derived from the metabolism of methionine and cysteine. It plays an important role in basic biological processes.
• Taurine is a well-tolerated source of nitrogen for nutritional support, they regulate the level of plasma amino acids, nitrogen balance, weight and serum protein concentration to normal values, thus improving nutritional status. Taurine is involved in many physiological processes, including bile acid conjugation, inflammatory responses, and glucose metabolism.

N‑ACETYL L‑CYSTEINE (NAC)

• Acetylcysteine is a synthetic N-acetyl derivative of the endogenous amino acid L-cysteine, a precursor of antioxidant glutathione (GSH), with the action of m.in. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Acetylcysteine appears to have a protective effect on the liver.
• Many studies have shown that NAC increases GSH levels in liver cells, which in turn has antioxidant effects in cells. It increases the protective capacity of liver cells because GSH depletion is often seen as a consequence of increased oxidative stress and inflammation.

SELENIUM

• Selenium SeLECT® is a unique chemical unit containing molecularly integrated selenium in place of sulfur in the molecule of an essential amino acid – methionine. Selenium SeLECT® is the preferred form of selenium supplementation due to its safety but also recognition as a more bioavailable form of selenium than other products with selenium and methionine.
• Selenomethionine acts synergistically to silymarin and supports it in antioxidant activity at the liver level.

Molybdenum

• Molybdenum contributes to the normal metabolism of sulfuric amino acids.
• Molybdenum acts as a cofactor for certain human enzymes such as sulfite oxidase, xanthine oxidase (XO), and aldehyde oxidase, which are involved in sulfuric amino acid metabolism and purine metabolism.
