JARROW FORMULAS Methyl B-12 & Methyl Folate plus P-5-P (Vitamine B6) is a dietary supplement in the form of lemon-flavored lozenges containing active forms of vitamin B. They support the synthesis of DNA, neurotransmitters, as well as the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and amino acids.

Methyl Folate and Methyl B-12 are biologically active forms of vitamin B12 and B9 (folic acid), which support many important roles in the body such as releasing energy from food, reducing fatigue and supporting vitality. The preparation is enriched with a coenzyme form of vitamin B6 - pyridoxal phosphate (P-5-P). This substance takes an active part in important biochemical processes, including the functioning of the nervous system, heart function and muscle contraction.

Composition:

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 1,5 mg

Folic acid (400 mcg as (6S)-5-MTHF [from Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate salt]) 680 mcg

Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1,000 mcg

Other ingredients: xylitol, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural lemon flavour, citric acid, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide and rebiane (stevia extract).

Does not contain wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, fish/shellfish or peanuts/nuts.
