DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Take 2 capsules once or twice daily with a meal, with plenty of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

IMPORTANT! Do not use this product if you have: hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, kidney inflammation, or nephropathy. At the recommended daily dose, no interaction with anticoagulant therapy (e.g., Marcumar) has been observed.
