Dietary supplement

• Supplement containing magnesium and potassium in highly absorbable forms of citrate and the active form of vitamin B6 (P-5-P).
• The food additive-free formula is designed for daily use by adults, including vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients:

• Magnesium (magnesium citrate), potassium (potassium citrate), vitamin B6 (P-5-P 5'-pyridoxal phosphate)

The recommended daily dose (2,1 g) contains:

• Magnesium citrate – 1 250 mg (*-)
• of which: magnesium – 187,5 mg (*50%)
• Potassium citrate – 840 mg (*-)
• of which: potassium – 300 mg (*15%)
• Vitamin B6 – 1,4 mg (*100%)

Dosage:

• Consume 1 time a day during a meal.
• Shake the container vigorously before consumption.
• 1. Pour 1 serving (2 flat scoops) into a dry dish.
• 2. Add 200 ml of water or other beverage and mix
