Dietary supplement ESSENSEY L-Tryptophan contains the essential amino acid L-tryptophan, which is a precursor of melatonin and serotonin.

An essential amino acid. L-Tryptophan is one of the amino acids necessary for human life. It is not directly produced in our body, so it must be supplied with a daily diet.
