Recommended daily dose:
When starting supplementation or after a long break to saturate the body for the first 3 months, 6 capsules (2x 3 capsules) a day with a meal are recommended. After this time 2 capsules a day during a meal.

Fish oil (origin – Norway), moisture-holding substance – glycerol; beef gelatin, evening primrose oil; sweetener – xylitol; strawberry flavour; carrier – powdered cellulose; gelling substance: corn starch; d-alpha-tocopherol, antioxidant: tocopherol mixture.
