Composition of the Palace Pillar Stability herbal blend (1 g produced from 5 g of herbs):

• Du huo (Angelica pubescens - root)
• Bai shao (White peony - root)
• Fu ling (Poria cocos - mushroom fruiting body)
• Qin jiao (Gentiana macrophylla - root)
• Dang gui (Chinese angelica - root)
• Dang shen (Codonopsis pilosula - root)
• Du zhong (Eucommia ulmoides - stem and branch bark)
• Fang feng (Saposhnikovia divaricata - root)
• Chuan xiong (Ligusticum wallichii - rhizome)
• Rou gui (Cinnamomum cassia - branch bark)
• Sang ji sheng (Taxillus chinensis - twig)
• Shu di huang (Rehmannia glutinosa - root cooked in wine)
• Zhi gan cao (Licorice - processed root)
• Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) 1%

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C in a closed container.

Dosage:

Our herbal tablets do not contain any additives, glazing agents, or glues. Only natural microcrystalline cellulose is used as a binder, in a maximum amount of 1%. Therefore, they must be pressed into very hard, compact tablets that are more difficult to dissolve and may be difficult for some people to swallow – however, it all depends on individual conditions...

Therefore, the following method of use has proven to be the most effective: in the evening, place a portion of tablets for the morning (for the whole day) (e.g., 6 + 6 tablets or 12 + 12 tablets of each type) in a cup and pour a small amount of water (cold or hot) over them, and the tablets will almost completely dissolve by morning. In the morning, add to the cup, e.g., Chinese Sage's Drink or other beverages, then pour only hot water (100°C) and mix everything thoroughly (with any spoon). For a better taste, you can add some good quality milk (any kind, as desired) – this will create a quite tasty bitter white coffee, which you can drink directly with breakfast without worrying about insufficient absorption of the herbs (preferably with millet porridge).

Advantages:

• Easy consumption, even of bitter herbs (can be sweetened with maple or date syrup)
• Maximum absorption of gently dissolved herbs
• Speed and simplicity – without breaks and waiting 15 minutes before and 30 minutes after a meal, and also replaces a breakfast drink (no need to drink morning tea or coffee).
• At the same time, this form of use is also "nature-friendly" for the PI spleen and its QI energy – for these reasons, we never use any capsules (even the most natural ones, gelatin, etc., which weaken the qi energy of the PI spleen PI QI XU over time and cause SHI moisture), or tinctures (the herb content in them is minimal according to thin-layer chromatography, and also any alcohol contained in tinctures always brings SHI/RE moisture and heat into the body...), or even raw herb mixtures SAN or TANG, which unfortunately cannot be imported from Asia without excessive pesticide or microfungi content...).

They can also be used as follows:

Herbal tablets can be taken in the usual dose of 4 tablets 3 times a day or 6 tablets 2 times a day. For children, we are guided by age, namely 1 year - 1 tablet 3 times a day (e.g., a 4-year-old child can take 3x2 tablets a day). The rule here is that "a large hole needs a large patch," i.e., the dosage can be adjusted to the condition and intensity of the patient's ailments, especially in acute conditions (viruses, acute inflammation, pain, etc.), therefore, in China, a dose even 2-3 times higher is used, i.e., up to 5x8 tablets a day at the beginning of the disease, and then the dose is gradually reduced as the ailments subside. ("When a haystack catches fire, a bucket of water will not put it out" - says one of the Czech proverbs). Tablets should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 15 minutes before a meal (this does not mean, however, that if someone does not eat, they must necessarily eat something in order to be able to take herbs, but simply on an empty stomach!) or 30 minutes after a meal, with warm water. If you are taking chemical medications at the same time, NEVER take them at the same time as herbal products! The rule is that herbal products should always be taken before a meal (about half an hour), and chemical medications after a meal (preferably 1 hour after taking herbs).
