Product Description

Composita® Mama DHA is a dietary supplement designed to supplement the daily diet of women from the first days of pregnancy. The preparation consists of a pink capsule containing vitamins, minerals and choline and transparent DHA capsules containing fish oil, which is a source of omega-3 fatty acids: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). The product contains two forms of folic acid: pteroilomonoglutamic acid and calcium L-methylfolate.

Pink capsule: magnesium oxide, choline bitartrate, iron bisglycinate, bovine gelatin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), color: Candurin® Silver Fine, iron oxide, folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid), potassium iodide, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). DHA transparent capsule: purified fish oil containing 50% DHA and 10% EPA, pork gelatin, humectant: glycerol.

1 pink capsule + 2 DHA transparent capsules contain: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 600 mg, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 120 mg, vitamin D 50 µg (1000%), vitamin B6 2.6 mg (186%), choline 125 mg, folic acid 800 µg (400%), vitamin B12 4 µg (160%), iron 27 mg (193%), iodine 220 µg (147%), magnesium 200 mg (53%)*.

Recommended daily intake

Adults, including pregnant women: 1 pink capsule and 2 transparent DHA capsules during a meal with water.
