Ingredients: anhydrous caffeine (33,4%), maltodextrin, capsule shell/ (glazing substance – hydroxypropylcellulose), grapefruit extract (Citrus paradisi) [98% naringenin] (8,4%), magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended use
Take 1 capsule daily with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably before breakfast or 30 minutes before training. Attention! Do not use before bedtime! Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects! The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Dietary supplement. Contains caffeine; not recommended for children and pregnant women (200 mg per daily serving – 1 capsule). Product in capsules containing caffeine and grapefruit extract (Citrus paradisi) standardized for naringenin content.
