Description

Dietary supplement BICAPS® HYALURONIC ACID contains 200 mg of hyaluronic acid in 1 capsule without any additives. The product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Hyaluronic acid: is a polymer found in all living organisms. Unfortunately, with age, its amount decreases, which results in, among other things, skin aging. As a physiological substance, i.e. safe for the body, with a great possibility of binding water is used in prevention and therapy in many fields of medicine – aesthetic medicine, orthopedics, ophthalmology or gynecology. KH occurs in the largest amount in the human body in connective tissue, including extracellular matrix, skin and epidermis, cartilage, synovial joints, vessel wall, vitreous body of the eye and intervertebral discs of the spine. KH is isolated from various parts of animal organisms: vertebrate eyeballs, shark skin, umbilical cord, and its largest content is found in cock combs. The anionic acid structure allows large amounts of water to bind. Hyaluronic acid molecules are one of the most hydrophilic molecules found in nature (each molecule can bind 250 water molecules).

With age, the acid content in the skin significantly decreases, which, along with changes in elastic and collagen fibers, causes dehydration, a decrease in elasticity and skin atrophy, which clinically manifests itself in dry skin, the occurrence of wrinkles and furrows.
