Ingredients: magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate) standardized to 15% magnesium, mango aroma, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Recommended serving size: 1 sachet. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption.
Use: Open one sachet. Pour the entire contents into a glass and add 250 ml of water or other liquid. Mix thoroughly and consume. The product should not be consumed when using drugs with sedative, hypnotic, antiepileptic effects. Do not use in children up to 18 years of age, pregnant or lactating women.
It should be remembered that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended. Do not use in case of allergy to any component of the supplement.
