ProbioBalance by Aliness® Bifidobacterium Balance contains a mix of five strains of bacteria from the Bifidobacterium family.

Dietary supplement ProbioBalance by Aliness® Bifidobacterium FORTE Balance NO FOSS contains 20 billion bacteria in each capsule. Each bacterium has been coated with a double lipid layer providing an effective barrier and allowing bacteria to safely pass through the acidic environment of the stomach to reach the intestines intact, where it is to show its biological activity.

ProbioBALANCE is a revolutionary and comprehensive series of 10 probiotic products with specially selected strains of bacteria, dedicated to different age groups, supporting the proper functioning of the intestines. The products were developed by Polish and Italian technologists.

The patented MICROENCAPSULATION technology is a double lipid layer surrounding a bacterial cell. Such a revolutionary solution guarantees almost 100% survival of bacteria when passing through the stomach / twelve. Microencapsulated bacteria are several times stronger than lyophilisates, so it takes 5 times less bacteria to achieve the same degree of colonization in the intestines.

Low water activity (aw):

Probiotic bacteria are very sensitive to the aquatic environment. Manufacturers often use various types of fiber or inulin as a filling. Their environment is not beneficial to bacteria because their water activity is above < 0,2.

The aqueous activity of the carrier is of great importance in the case of probiotics. This carrier has the closest contact with bacteria at all times. If the water activity is above aw>0,2, the enzymes contained in the bacteria begin to activate, leading to their death.

If we do not use a carrier with adequate water activity, various protections used by companies such as cellulose capsules, DerrCaps or even alu-alu blisters will not be of much use.

ProbioBALANCE products are the first in the world to contain an innovative PREBIOTIC – a complex polysaccharide (dietary soluble fiber) Fibregum™ Bio Law (certified organic / BIO) with water activity below aw< 0,2, i.e. safe for bacteria. Enzymes in bacteria with such low water activity do not affect the metabolism of bacteria.

In addition, Fibregum™ is an excellent prebiotic with a much better effect than inulin. Unlike inulin Fibregum™ is a large polysaccharide, it is fermented by bacteria more slowly (it has an extended fermentation time) without gases, flatulence as is the case with inulin.

The product must not be used by people who are allergic to any of its ingredients. Best consumed before the end: the date and batch number are on the side/bottom of the package.
